  Worst front desk and secretarial staff! Constantly calling to reschedule appointments per the staff needs and not ours as patients. Would not recommend this group based on lack of professionalism, helpfulness and common customer courtesy. Overlooked a major health issue with our child. Terrible and overpriced; I was not the first of my group to leave this practice due to poor service. I should have listened to their warnings.

  I had attempted to schedule appointments for my children with this practice, we had recently moved to the area, but they refused without prior medical records. That, I completely understand, but the administration with ABC waited an entire YEAR to call our last physician to try and transfer records. We obviously had found another practice, who is prompt, kind, and professional. None of which I can say for ABC. Just forewarning for anyone who may at some point work with any other doctors, apart from these.
