- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Entered March 2013 to get a free consultation for Lasik per the Rashid Laser Vision website. Went to 2-3 appointments and on the third am notified there's a $360 dollar difference between paying cash and paying with my Health savings account debit card. Tell them to forget about it. Figure at this point i'm out $50 per the free consultation guidelines. Don't recall paying anything. Insurance company gets billed July 2013 for $105 for "office visit est patient problem focused". Insurance pays 46.68. "write off adjustment of 33.32" and my charge is $25. Which i think i received the actual bill about 9 months later. Try to get records due to concerns about inaccurate billing... $25 fee to get my records "per state law". Anyone i spoke to never seemed to know there is a free consultation or which one was going on at the time. It's pretty strange and I will never go back.
