- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have tried to get records for 3 weeks, and I just keep being ignored! I told them it was urgent, but they didn't care! I called today and talked to the girl at front desk and was told it would take 10 days to get it! I had to sign a release first! I was never told that, until today! I was upset that I won't have the records in time now, and explained that to her, and she hung up on me! I tried calling back, and she wouldn't answer! So, I go 1 hr away from where I live, to sign release, and she won't even open the window for me! I had to wait till someone else walked up there! I told her I wanted to talk to the doctor, and she said she couldn't talk to me! I will be doing something about this problem, you can count on it!!!!!November 16, 2017by Dianna Moore
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It was terrible, they refused to see me because I took too long filling out the paperwork, which was all of ten minutes. Completely unprofessional. Then the clerk says that they can see me in June. You're talking to someone whose endocrine system is crashing. I showed up on time, and because I took ten minutes to fill out papers, I now have to reschedule. Ridiculous!! Don't go here!!September 15, 2017by Danielle Dogan
